Dear Great Artists Volunteer,
Thank you for volunteering to do a Great Artists presentation. Attached is the schedule for your child’s class.
The teachers have confirmed their scheduled dates, so please make every effort to ensure you are present on your assigned date/time. If you have a conflict, please contact another parent from your child’s class to switch with you. If you switch with someone, let one of our chairs (listed below) know so that they can get the project information to the correct person.
On the Timber Ridge website, you can click on the PTA link, then click Committee Links, and finally click Great Artists to get information about the program, volunteer responsibilities, the schedule and artist and project information. The URL is: http://timberridge.ptsamail.com/committee-links/.
· The artist and project information should be used to give you an idea of the artist and the project in case you want to start preparing early, or as a backup in the event the hardcopy materials don’t get to you on time.
· The artist biography and project info will be sent to you with your child in hardcopy format 3-5 days prior to your assigned presentation.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have multiple children at Timber Ridge and are doing multiple presentations, you will only receive one copy of this letter with multiple class schedules attached to it.
